Pork butt
salt
pepper
garlic powder
dill
fennel
parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Have pork butt boned at grocery store. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and parsley to pork butt. Place in roasting pan with a little water. Cook at 350 degrees for about 3 hours or until done. Add a little water if needed when pan dries out. When cooked, take meat out and cover.

If butt is loose when boned, tie with heavy white thread (crocheting thread).
