1 egg
1 2/3 c. sugar
2 T. flour
pinch of salt
3 c. rhubarb
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg, add sugar and flour, salt and rhubard. Mix together. Pour into pie shell. Dot with butter.
Cover with pie crust. With pastry brush, put cream over top. Sprinkle top with sugar. Bake in 350º oven for 1 hr.
