2 lbs round steak (cut about 1/4 inch thick)
2 c 4C Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1/2 tsp garlic powder (not salt)
1 tsp parsley
2 tsp grated cheese
sweet pepper
raisins
sliced tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Cut and sprinkle steak with salt and pepper. Dip steak into oil then into the bread crumb mixture of bread crumbs, garlic, parsley and grated cheese. Layer in baking dish or pan and add a few wedges of sweet pepper. Sprinkle layer with 1/2 cup of raisins. Add a few slices of tomatoes dipped in oil and breadcrumbs. Layer with foil and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees or until done.

You could put oven higher at 375 or 400 degrees and uncover after an hour for a few minutes. Watch carefully not to burn it. Add oil on if needed over top.
