2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can water
1 1/2 c mayonnaise
1/4 c chopped celery
1/8 c chopped onion
1 1/2 c Minute rice (uncooked)
4 c diced chicken or turkey (cooked)
1 1/3 tsp salt
14 tsp pepper
1/4 c crushed cornflakes or potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Mix all ingredients except crushed cornflakes in a large bowl and pour into a large buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle flakes on top and bake for 1 hour or a little more.
