French Cherry Pie Recipe

1/2 box club crackers, crushed
3 egg whites, beat stiff
1 heaping cup sugar
1 lb. chopped pecans
1 T. vinegar

8 oz. cream cheese
2 heaping cups powdered sugar
1 T. vanilla extract
1 8 oz. container of Cool Whip

2 to 3 cans Cherry pie filling, rinsed

Mix together first 5 ingredients. Pour into well greased 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350 until brown. (Approx. 15-20 minutes.)
Mix together filling ingredients and spread over cool crust. Top with pie filling and refrigerate overnight.
