chicken (parts you like)
garlic powder
parsley
poultry seasoning
salt
pepper
water (if needed)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Buy parts of chicken you like. Sprinkle with garlic, salt, pepper, parsley and poultry seasoning. Place in baking dish and put some oil over chicken or margarine. Let cook until done, about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours.

If pan dries out, add a little water if needed.
