4 cups flour; 2 tsp salt; 1/2 cup shortening; 1 cup warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 4 cups flour and salt. Cut 1/2 cup shortening into flour until well blended.

Add 1 cup warm wter; stir until dough is moist and holds together. Knead until smooth - about 3 min.; Divide into 18 balls of dough.

On lightely floured surface, with lighely floured rolling pin, roll one piece of dough into 10 in. circle.

On ungreased 12" skillet over medium - high heat, cook circle of dough 1 minute until lightly browned. Turn over and cook 1/2 min.

Place tortilla between 2 sheets of foil; keep warm.
