1 small box lemon jello
1 small box pineapple or orange jello
2 cups hot water
16 ice cubes
2 T. vinegar
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
2 carrots, grated
1/2 cup to 1 cup pecans, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve both boxes of jello in 2 cups boiling water. Add ice cubes, stir until dissolved. Add vinegar, crushed pineapple, grated carrot and nuts. Combine well and pour into prepared mold.
