2 chicken breasts, cut up plus few legs, wings or any part you like
garlic powder (sprinkle)
salt
black pepper
1/2 tsp rosemary
4 or 5 pepperoncini (punctured with fork)
1/2 glass (about 4 oz) wine vinegar
1/2 glass (about 4 oz) red wine (if needed)

Cut chicken up. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Fry in oil until brown and use lid on pan to make sure it is cooked. Drain most of oil in a cup. Add rosemary, pepperoncini and wine vinegar. Cover on low heat for about 5 minutes. You could add red wine if not enough juice.
