¼ lb. pork, beef or chicken, minced
1 can mushrooms, finely diced
1 cup celery, finely diced
1 cup onions, finely diced
1 cup green pepper, finely diced
1 cup cabbage, shredded
1 can bean sprouts
2 tbsps. soy sauce
½ tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. wine
seasoning salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Stir fry meat until cooked. Add vegetables and cook until tender. Add soy sauce, seasoning salt and pepper. Cook 10 minutes. Drain.
