Ingredients:  
1/2 lb raw shrimp
1/2 lb raw sea scallops

1/3 cup lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
1/3 cup lime juice (about 3 limes)
1/2 cup orange juice
4 plum tomatoes (seeds and juice removed), chopped
2 jalapenos, chopped (thoroughly removing seeds and white flesh inside)
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and chill in refrigerator overnight before serving. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.

Before using raw shrimp and scallops, I would have a conversation with the Publix seafood employee and they would recommend the best (and safest) type for this.
