1 stick margarine
1/4 cup cocoa
2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup coconut
3 cup uncooked oats

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in sauce pan and bring to a boil the margarine, cocoa, sugar and milk. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add the remaining ingredients, mix, then drop mixture by spoonfuls onto wax paper to set.

One of Kyle's favorites growing up. Cindy remembers these from her grade school days as one of the most coveted cookies the school cafeteria ever served. There was not much to be excited about when it came to cafeteria food, but every child wanted to be at school the day these yummies were served!
