Boneless skinless chicken breasts (whole breasts)
Onion chive cream cheese
Sliced ham
Panko bread crumbs
Dijon mustard
Sour cream
Paprika
Butter stick

Directions:
Directions:
Lay out ham slices.
Plop a nice blob of the seasoned cream cheese in the slices and roll them like little burritos
Clean chicken breasts and slice a pocket in each breast. You want the pocket deep but not through the breast.
Place the ham roll ups inside the pocket and close up breast around roll up.
Place in 9 X 13 baking dish
Mix 1 T sour cream with 2 T Dijon mustard
Rub mixture all over breasts
Mix bread crumbs and paprika and press crumbs on to coated breasts
Melt butter in microwave and pour over breasts
Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes
