3 medium green peppers, cut in half
¼ cup chopped onion
¾ lb. ground beef
1 cup cooked rice
1 8 oz. tomato sauce
¼ cup water
1 egg
1 t. salt
dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Remove seed section from cut green peppers.
Place pepper halves on a paper towel and cook 6 minutes in a microwave.
Cook onions and beef in a frying pan.
Add tomato sauce and water.
Combine meat with cooked rice, half of tomato mixture, egg, salt and pepper.
Stuff pepper halves and place 3 each in 2 seperate glass baking dishes that will fit into the microwave.
Pour remaining tomato sauce over top and place wax paper over the dish.
Cook each dish in microwave for 10 minutes.
