2 c. fresh black raspberries, washed and drained
1 c. sugar( I use only 1/2 c.)
1 T. lemon juice
3 T. tapioca granules(recipe calls for clear jell)

Crumb Topping:
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Stir and mix all ingredients together with a wooden spoon. Pour into an 8-inch pie crust and top with crumb topping. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 - 35 min. Mix only 1 pie at a time. For crumb topping, use a pastry blender to mix ingredients well.
