1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese
4 T butter
4 T flour
1 tsp chicken flavored base (can use Better than Bouillon)
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 1/2 tsp season all
1/4 tsp dry mustard
dash of red pepper

IN LARGE SKILLET MELT BUTTER AND ADD FLOUR. STIR UNTIL SMOOTH. ADD SEASONINGS AND COOK UNTIL BUBBLY. ADD 2 C MILK AND BRING TO BOIL, STIRRING CONSTANTLY. REDUCE HEAT AND THICKEN. ADD 1 C CUBED CHEESE. PREPARE 10 Z BAG OF PASTA, MACARONI, OR WHATEVER PASTA YOU LIKE. GREASE BAKING DISH, PUT 1/2 COOKED MACARONI IN PAN. TOP WITH CHEESE SAUCE, THEN REST OF MACARONI AND THE REST OF THE CHEESE SAUCE.
BAKE AT 350* FOR 30-40 MIN
