6 cups peeled, sliced cooking apples (about 6 medium apples)
1 T. lemon juice
1 T. water
¾ cup firmly packed brown sugar
½ cup unsifted Pillsbury flour
½ cup rolled oats
1 t. cinnamon
½ cup butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.
Place apples in 8 or 9 inch square or 10x6 inch pan.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and water.
Combine brown sugar, flour, rolled oats, and cinnamon.
Cut in butter until crumbly.
Sprinkle over apples.
Bake 40-45 minutes or until apples are tender.
