1/2 c tomato juice
3/4 c soft bread crumbs
2 T snipped parsley
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 clove minced garlic
2 lbs ground beef
4-6 thinly sliced ham
6 oz mozzarella cheese

IN BOWL COMBINE EGG AND TOMATO JUICE, STIR. ADD THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS AND BURGER TO MIXTURE. PACK MEAT AND MAKE A 8X10 RECTANGLE. PLACE HAM AND ROLL UP AND ADD CHEESE

SEAL AND BAKE AT 350* FOR 1/14 HOUR
