3/4 cup Butter
7 oz. Marshmallow Cream

* I usually double this recipe to make enough to pass out or bring to a party.

1. Line 9" square baking dish with parchment paper (use a longer baking pan if doubling) and set aside.
2. Get a large mixing bowl and put in the marshmallow cream, white chocolate, nutmeg and rum flavoring. Then set aside.
3. In a large saucepan melt butter, sugar, and eggnog over medium high heat. Stir continuously and bring to a boil. Boil for 4 minutes. Then turn off the heat.
4. Pour mixture over the ingredients in your mixing bowl. Whisk everything together until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
5. Pour into baking your lined baking dish and top with red&green sprinkles. Cool in refrigerator until cold and set.
6. Cut up fudge into squares of your desired size

Personal Notes:
This fudge has always been a hit in our holiday candy boxes and is quick to make, but does require sometime to cool and set. There are different types of eggnog you can use for this recipe. One of our favorites has been the Southern Comfort Eggnog. If your just making it for your home (2-4) people this recipe should make enough. If you plan on taking it to a party or making it to pass out and share I recommend making a double batch.
