8 oz Velveeta cheese
1 c butter
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 c baking cocoa
2 lbs powdered sugar
nuts if desired

COMBINE CHEESE AND BUTTER IN SAUCE PAN OVER LOW HEAT. HEAT UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED, STIRRING CONSTANTLY. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND ADD VANILLA AND COCOA AND BLEND WELL. ADD POWERED SUGAR AND NUTS AND MIX WELL THEN POUR ONTO BUTTERED 9 X 13" PAN, CHILL.
