BOIL UNTIL YOUR CANDY THERMOMETER REACHES 275* TAKE OFF HEAT AND ADD COLORING AND FLAVORING. EXAMPLE CINNAMON FLAVORING, MINT, ORANGE ETC. POUR OUT ONTO POWERED SUGAR COVERED COOKIE SHEET. LET COOL AND BREAK INTO PIECES.
