2 C. warm water
2 pkg. yeast
½ C. sugar
¼ C. softened margarine
1 egg
2 tsp. salt
6½ C. flour
Directions:
Directions:
Measure water in lg. bowl. Sprinkle in yeast. Stir and add sugar, margarine, egg, salt, and ½ flour. Beat until smooth. Add remaining flour until easy to handle. Knead for a few minutes. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight. When dough rises punch down. Pull off walnut size pieces place in greased pan and let rise until double in size. Bake at 400º for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
