1 tbsp. unsalted butter
1 tbsp + 1 tsp. olive oil
˝ pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
2 cloves of garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
1 C. minced onion
juice of 2 lemons
1 red bell pepper, peeled and ,minced
2 tbsp. parsley, minced
1 tsp. thyme, minced
2 fresh sage leaves, minced
7 oz. Kroger spaghetti, cooked
2 tbsp. freshly grated parmesan cheese

Place butter and 1 tbsp. olive oil in large sauté pan on medium high. Cook shrimp until slightly pink; and half the garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Remove shrimp. Add onion to pan; sauté 4 minutes. Add lemon juice to deglaze the pan, reduce by half. Add red pepper, remaining garlic, herbs, remaining olive oil and cooked pasta. Toss well and cook for 1 minute. Add shrimp. Parmesan, salt and pepper, toss well and serve.
