Ingredients:  
1 - 3 oz Jello (either raspberry, cherry or cranberry)
1 - 3 oz Jello (lemon)
2 c hot water
1 1/2 c cold water
1 - 15 oz crushed pineapple
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 - bag cranberries (wash and grind)
1 seedless orange - ground with rind
1 c chopped celery
1 c sugar
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1 cup seedless sliced grapes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Jello and sugar with hot water until dissolved. Add cold water, pineapple and lemon juice. Chill 1 hour. Combine remaining ingredients, fold into gelatin. Chill until firm. You can mix any flavors of jello and chill in any mold you want. Spray mold with non stick spray before adding sauce.
Food processor works well for chopping and grinding orange and cranberries.
