1/2 lb Ground Chuck or Italian Sausage
3-4 Garlic Cloves, crushed
1 c. Celery, chopped
1 c. Carrots, chopped
1 Can Kidney Beans, drained
1 Can Diced Tomatoes
1 tsp Dried Oregano
1 tsp Dried Basil
1 1/2 tsp Ground Coriander
4 c. Vegetable or Beef broth
2-3 tsp Chili Garlic or Siracha Sauce
1 cup Pasta (small like Ditani)

3 c. Baby Spinach
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Turn on Sauté and add meat. Stir and break up as the meat browns. Once it is brown, add everything except spinach and cheese. Stir. Cover and cook for 1/2 the time pasta is recommended to cook on the box. (5 minutes for bow ties). Cook on Soup or manual/high setting.

Allow a natural release for 5 minutes then do a quick release. Add spinach. Serve in bowls with cheese on top.
