1 lb. Ground beef
1 PKG. Taco seasoning
4 oz. Cream cheese
About 16 jumbo pasta shells
1 cups salsa
1 cup taco sauce
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup Monterrey jack cheese
1 can black beans drained
1 can corn drained

For toppings:

3 green onions
Sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pre heat oven to 350

2. Brown beef; add taco seasoning and prepare accordingly. Add beans, corn and cream cheese, cover and simmer until cheese is melted. Stir together well and set aside to cool completely.

3. While ground beef is cooking, cook pasta shells according to package directions. Drain and set shells out individually so they don't stick together.

4. Pour salsa on bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Stuff each she'll with 1-2 tablespoons of the meat mix. Place shells in pan open side up. Evenly cover shells with taco sauce. Cover dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

5. After 30 minutes, add shredded cheese and bake for 10-15 minutes with foil removed. Top with green onions or olives if desired. Serve with sour cream and more salsa.
