1 cup butter
1 cup salad oil
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 t. vanilla
1 t. coconut flavor
3 cup flour
1 t. salt
1 t. baking soda
1 t. cream of tarter
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup coconut
1 cup Rice Krispies
6 ounces chocolate chips

Directions:

Cream oil and butter together. Add both sugars, egg, vanilla and coconut flavor and cream well. In a separate bowl combine flour, salt, soda and cream of tarter and whisk together. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Drop on cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 13 minutes.

Literally all it said - "Good Cookies". But she had another recipe from Verna Fell that was called Ranger Cookies that had the same ingredients.
