1¼ cup buttermilk
1 cup flour
½ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt
1 T. sugar
¼ stick melted butter

Beat 1 egg first, add buttermilk, add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and sugar.When combined, add melted butter.
The trick to good pancakes is to get the skillet very hot.
