1 cup buttermilk
1 cup flour
tsp. baking soda
tsp. baking powder
tsp. salt
1 T. sugar
stick melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Beat 1 egg first, add buttermilk, add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and sugar.When combined, add melted butter.
The trick to good pancakes is to get the skillet very hot.

Grandma B shared this recipe, saying these are the pancakes she grew up on. These are the only pancakes Gina's kids and grandkids have ever known.
