1 stick butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 T. milk
1 1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream butter, gradually add sugar, beating until light. Add egg, vanilla and milk and beat thoroughly. Mix flour, salt and baking powder together and add to the first mixture and blend well. Arrange by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheets, 1 inch apart. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Do not over bake.
