8 slices of Bacon
8 Figs, halved
1 container of Goat Cheese
3T Brown Sugar
1/2t Cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Remove 1 small scoop of flesh from each fig.
Fill the hole with Goat Cheese.
Stir together brown sugar and cumin.
Cut Bacon in half and cover each side with mixture.
Wrap bacon around figs.
Broil bacon wrapped figs for 3 minutes or so or until the sugar caramelizes and/or bacon browns.
