3 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 T. flour
1 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup buttermilk

1 9" unbaked pie shell
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs with mixer. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Add butter, vanilla and buttermilk. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 º for 35-40 minutes or until custard is set. Custard will continue to firm after baking.
