3 cups warm water
cup yeast
3/4 cup sugar
1 T salt
cup powdered milk
3/4 cup oil
2 eggs
7 to 8 cups flour (when it starts to get a little stiff)

Directions:
Directions:
Put warm water and yeast into mixing bowl and beat on low until dissolved (about 30 seconds) then add sugar, salt, powdered milk and mix for about 1 minute then add oil and eggs and mix well then add flour 1 cup at a time until stiff.

Put a little oil on top of dough to keep moist. Let rise, about 1 hour. Roll out. Melt 2 sticks butter or enough to cover the rolled out dough after butter sprinkle cinnamon evenly over dough then sprinkle brown sugar (Im guessing 3 or 4 big hands full, close to a lb.). Roll up tight and cut in about one inch pieces. Makes about 24. Put in pans and let rise until doubled in size. Bake at 325 on bottom shelf about fifteen min. Have to check.
