1 cup butter
1¼ cup powdered sugar
1 egg - beaten
1 t. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 t. baking soda
1 t. cream of tarter
Dash of salt
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, butter, egg and vanilla and cream well. Sift or whisk dry ingredients. Add to sugar mixture and mix well. Make two rolls and wrap in saran wrap. Cool in fridge. Slice and bake at 350º. Keeps in fridge for days.
