2 Boxes of Mexican Rice
2 Cans White Chicken Breast
1½-2 lbs Sour Cream
2 Cans Nacho Cheese Sauces

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare rice as directed. Add chicken and sour cream. Mix well
Pour in a 9x13 pan. Pour nacho cheese sauce on top of rice.
Sprinkle chopped olives on top.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350º
