4 bars (20 oz each) white Baking Chocolate - chopped
2 cups Heavy Cream

1 package (12 oz) semisweet Chocolate pieces
1/2 cup Half and Half
1 cup Butter
1 box (1 lb) confectioners Sugar

Cool Cakes

Make Filling
In top of double boiler placed over hot, not boiling, water
combine white chocolate with 1/4 cup heavy cream.
Heat, stirring until chocolate melts and is smooth.
Remove from heat.
Pour into large bowl of electric mixer.
Stir in remaining heavy cream and refrigerate until very cold.
Beat until stiff.
Spread between cakes.

In medium sauce pan, over medium heat, combine chocolate pieces
half and half and butter.
Cook, stirring until smooth.
Transfer mixture to large mixing bowl.
Beat/Mix sugar until frosting constancy
Frost cake.
