1 large deep frying pan
EVOO
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 orange bell pepper
1 squash
1 zucchini
1 package sliced mushrooms
Soy sauce
Tony Chacheres Creole Seasoning
1 dash of the following: red pepper, white pepper, black pepper, green Tabasco salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly cover the bottom of fry pan with olive oil, add onion and garlic. When onion is half cooked, add peppers and liberal shakes of soy sauce, Tonys Chacheres, and black pepper. When peppers are half cooked, add zucchini and squash and second liberal dose of seasonings. When vegetables are nearly done, add mushrooms and third dose of seasonings. Add dash of red pepper and white pepper. Season to your taste buds
