1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp sale
1 egg white
3 cups pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 175.

Mix brown sugar, flour and salt in a bowl and set aside. In another bowl, beat egg while until foam; slowly beat in sugar mixture. Fold in pecans. Transfer pecans to a parchment-lined baking pan. Spread in a single layer.
Bake about 1 1/2 hours. Cool completely. Break pecans apart.
Makes 3 cups.
