Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 cloves garlic, minced
8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter
1/2 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
2 (16-ounce) cans refrigerated homestyle biscuit dough
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the oven to 400°F. Melt 1 stick unsalted butter over medium heat in a small saucepan. Add the minced garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and kosher salt, and stir to combine. Remove from the heat.

Unwrap 2 cans biscuit dough. Use knife to cut each biscuit into quarters. Roll each piece into a tight ball.

Pour 1/2 cup of the garlic-butter mixture into a quarter sheet pan or 9x13-inch metal baking pan, then brush the butter on the bottom and up the sides of the pan. Add the dough balls and arrange into tight rows. Pour the remaining butter evenly over the dough balls.

Bake the bubble bread in preheated oven at 400°F until just beginning to brown, 20 to 22 minutes. Meanwhile, shred about 1/2 cup each of mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Mix together.

Remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle with the mozzarella and Parmesan. Return the pan to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and just beginning to brown, about 5 minutes more.

Make ahead: Bake the garlic bread as directed without the cheese. Then just before serving, sprinkle the cheese over the bread and bake for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and beginning to brown.
