4 eggs
1 cup canola oil
2/3 cup water or oj
1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin
3 1/2 cups flour
3 cups sugar
2 tsp baking soda
4 to 5 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 to 3 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl. Add the canola oil, water and pumpkin and mix well. Mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon and salt in a bowl. Add the pumpkin mixture 1 cup at a time, mixing well after each addition. Spoon into greased bundt pan . Bake at 350 F for 1 hr or until a wooden pick comes out clean. You may bake in 3 medium loaf pans if preferred.
