Dough
3 cups white flour
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs
Dash salt


Filling:
potatoes
American cheese
salt
pepper
onion

Directions:
Directions:
Make a well in flour. Add salt, sour cream and eggs. Knead. Add only enough flour to prevent sticking. Let rest covered with oil in bowl for 10 min. Roll and cut into rounds.
Do NOT add any water to dough.

Boil potatoes. Drain. Add 4-5 slices American cheese, salt and pepper. Add chopped onion. Mix with beater.
