2 cups flour
2 1/2 cups warm water
1 T of yeast
1 T sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and let sit overnight so it's ready to use.

To set starter for use, add 2 cups warm water and 2 cups of flour to 1/2 cup of starter. Let it sit overnight.
