1 cup juice from canned pickled beets
1 cup vinegar
1 clove garlic
1 med bay leaf
2 tsp mixed pickling spice
12 hard boiled eggs
1 small onion sliced or separated into rings.

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl combine beet juice, vinegar, 4 cups water, garlic, bay leaf, pickling spice, salt. Mix well. Add eggs and onion rings. Cover and refrigerate for several days.
