Roast cut into 1 inch squares
1 med. onion chopped
3 cloves garlic chopped
1 can rotel tomatoes with chillis
2 bay leaves
6 whole cloves
carrots
1 large onion quartered
2 beef boulion cubes
new potatoes - quartered
1 bottle Bolla's Vlapollicello

Directions:
Directions:
Cook roast with flour and brown. Remove. Pour off fat but do not scrape out pan. Add small amount of butter to pan along with chopped onion and garlic. Cook over medium heat for a few minutes. Add browned meat, rotel, bay leaves, cloves, chopped carrots, quartered onion, boulion and cover with Bolla's Valpollicello. Cook on stove top on low for 2 - 3 hours. 1 hour before serving add new potatoes.
