1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion mix
or
Onion Mushroom Recipe Soup mix
1/2 cup Olive or Vegi Oil
1/4 cup Butter - melted
1 tsp Thyme leaves
1/4 tsp Pepper
2 pounds Potatoes cut into quarters

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except for the Potatoes
Cut potatoes and put into large bowl
Pour mixture over potatoes and mix well until all potatoes are covered
Pour potatoes onto baking sheet or shallow baking pan
Bake 450 degrees
Stirring occasionally
For 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
