1 1/2 lbs ground beef (or ground turkey) 1 packet taco seasoning 8 oz sour cream 1 lb Velveeta 1 can Rotel and green chiles 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Brown the meat and taco seasoning. Drain. Place in 9 X13 pan. Spread the sour cream over the top of the meat. Melt Velveeta and Rotel in microwave and pour over the sour cream. Top with the shredded cheese. Bake at 350º until bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips.
