2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 stick of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place the stick of butter in 13 x 9 pan and place in oven and preheat to 350.
Mix dry ingredients together. In separate bowl, mix milk, egg and vanilla. Mix all the ingredients together.

Once the oven has reached 350 and the butter is melted, pour the mixture in the cake pan and bake 30-35 minutes.

Goes great with strawberries / whipped cream
