3 ½ cups regular flour
1 cup sugar
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp baking powder
1 lg egg
½ lb margarine (softened)

Pineapple Filling:
Large, crushed pineapple
½ cup sugar
1 tbsp margarine
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
2 tbsp cornstarch or more until thickens.

Directions:
Directions:
Place in a large bowl. Mix until crumbly. Pat into a pan, saving about 1 ½ cups for topping. Use any kind of pie filling. Bake at 375 deg. For 1 hour or until sides get brown.

Filling: Mix all filling ingredients together. Spread over the cobbler.
