1 lb. ground turkey
1 c. chopped onion, divided
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 can (14½ oz.) tomatoes, undrained
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 tsp. instant beef bouillon
1 tsp. chili power
½ tsp. cumin
4 c. cooked spaghetti
Non-fat Yogurt

Directions:

Crumble turkey in microwave safe bowl, top with ½ c. chopped onion and garlic. Microwave on high uncovered 5 minutes, stirring once with fork to break up clumps, discard fat.
Turn meat to baking dish, add tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef bouillon, chili powder and cumin. Cover and microwave 5 minutes. Microwave 50% for 15-20 minutes. Serve over spaghetti, ½ c. chopped onion and non-fat yogurt.
