2 tbsp veg oil
1 1/2 lbs chicken tenders
1 can Rotel
12 oz spaghetti-broken in half
1 can of Campbells Cream of Chicken / Mushroom (combination can)
8 oz bag of shredded cheddar cheese (2 cups)
1 1/2 c. milk
Salt / Pepper to taste

Dice the chicken tenders and cook in 2 tbsp veg oil in heated sauce pan. Once done, add the Rotel tomatoes (use enough to your liking 1/2 to full can-discard what you don't use) to the chicken and cook few additional minutes. While chicken is cooking, you may bring water to boil and cook spaghetti as directed. Drain Spaghetti. In a large mixing bowl, mix the spaghetti, the cooked chicken, and the can of soup. Stir in half bag of cheese (about 1 cup). Mix in the milk and salt and pepper. Stir.

Pour into buttered glass casserole dish (cake pan)

Bake at 375ºF about 30 min, top with the remaining cheese (1 cup). Bake additional 10 minutes.
