1 can VegAll mixed vegetables, rinsed and drained

1 can cream of chicken, mushroom or celery soup

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, boiled and cubed (*Can substitute boned rotisserie chicken if you choose.)

2 - 9" frozen pie shells, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients together and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Bake one pie shell for 5 minutes on 325 until slightly browned.

Remove shell from oven and fill with chicken mixture. Top with second shell, cutting slits in the pastry to allow steam to escape.

Bake 25 minutes at 325 or until top shell is browned.
